ZPW21B is designed to produce special kind of tablets like double-layered tablet, ring-like tablet and both-sided engraved tablet etc.
Characteristics:
. The machine can press not only round tablets but also different shape tablets, double-layered etc.
. The turret carries 21 sets of movable-punches and dies and 21 tablets will be produced for each circle of the turret.
. The turret speed, depth of filling and the thickness of tablets can be adjusted. The pressure is set by the hydraulic operating system. Pressure gauge shows the pressure value.
. One overload protection unit is installed to avoid the damage of the punches and apparatus. When overload occurs, the machine stops automatically.
. ZPW21B is an improved version of ZPW21A.
. It is made of stainless steel. The turret is disposed to prevent cross pollution.
