HD mixer is an efficient equipment. It is used to mix powder and particle materials in pharmaceutical, food, chemical light industry, machinery, electronics, mining and metallurgy, national defense industry and scientific research etc.
Material has no centrifugal force effect, specific gravity segregation, lamination and accumulation during mixing. Mixing rate reaches over 99.9%. Efficient loading can reach about 80%( 40%for normal).
Each part of drum is transited and polished precisely, meeting GMP requirement.
Working principle:
Mixing barrel is fixed on the top of driving and driving axles through two Y-Type universal points that are crossing and vertical with each other in the space.
When driving axle is driven to rotate, universal point makes the barrel do horizontal, rotational and rolling movement etc. In the space, material also performs 3-dimentional motion inside the barrel. Several kinds of material inside the barrel flow, diffuse, penetrate each other and finally form uniform status.
